Nurse Practitioner Consultation
At your first appointment, Kayla our NP will discuss with you any health concerns or areas for improvement such as fatigue, hormones, brain fog, weight gain, headaches, lack of motivation or any other symptoms impairing your quality of life.
Lab Orders
During the initial visit, you will also receive lab orders if you have not recently had labs completed or if your recently lab draw was lacking lab values that would be beneficial to your care. We are able to order labs through insurance or through clinic orders. We can send labs to the lab of your choosing, but primarily order through quest. At this visit, you can also provide us with any recent lab results for review.
Treatment & Follow Up Plan
After labs are resulted, you will come in for your second visit to discuss results and put together a comprehensive treatment and follow up plan. Kayla values your input in creating the plan, so it will be individualized and is customizable to your goals and lifestyle. Treatment may include lifestyle modifications, supplements and/or medications.
